Yip Sir 非常專業，尤其在教授小朋友方面展現出極大的耐性和細心。他能夠根據孩子的年齡和理解能力，循序漸進地安排教學內容，從基本握拍、步法到簡單的擊球技巧，都一步一步清晰地示範和指導。在過程中，Yip Sir 不僅注重技術的培養，更懂得用鼓勵的方式提升孩子的興趣，讓學習變得輕鬆。我的女兒才6歲，但在教練的引導下，她對羽毛球的熱情愈來愈高，每次上課都充滿期待。至今已經上了8堂課，女兒的進步非常明顯，握拍姿勢更正確，開始主動移動步伐去接球，擊球的穩定性也大大提升。最重要的是，她在學習過程中建立了自信心，並且養成了專注和堅持的好習慣。我十分感謝Yip Sir 的用心，他不僅讓孩子學會了羽毛球技巧，更讓她在運動中找到樂趣和成就感。對小朋友來說Yip Sir 是一個非常好的啟蒙導師。

I highly recommend Long Sir if you are looking for a coach who is very patient, understanding, a great communicator and friendly. Here is my experience for me to share with you.

我是一個差不多登六的年長者，超過45年沒有打羽毛球。因為身體狀況，復原後一直想開始找一個運動段練身體。手術後，行步路都沒有力氣，真的需要改善。直至在Pro360見到評語，Long Sir教長者好有耐性，所以試著看。教練知道我的問題，勁沒有氣，他慢慢的將我的耐力提升，同時亦教授打球技巧，真的受教。每次下課後都留下看他教授其他學生，見到他對小朋友，初學者，年青男女，成年人的耐性，友善，方法都用得恰當，見他們打球時都充滿喜悅，感到教練同學生的関係真的不錯。衷心積極推薦。

To start with, Long Sir is responsive to my messages and always polite and kind! We have both group class and private class with him. We enjoy every moment in the class. He always make sure we got the correct position and gesture, which is great and professional! We can feel the progress we have made in suc a short time!My son even says Long Sir is handsome!
